General Information

Welcome to the 26bd platform. This terms and conditions document forms a legally binding agreement between you and 26bd. By registering or starting to use the platform, you are considered to have agreed to all the conditions stated here.

Account Registration & Eligibility

1.1 Eligibility Criteria

To open an account and use the services on the 26bd platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited.
• You may only have one account in your name.
• The information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must not be an employee of the platform or a close family member of one.

1.2 Identity Verification

26bd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport, or other relevant documents if required. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses earned may be forfeited.

Deposits & Withdrawals

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Transactions on the 26bd platform can currently be completed through the following mobile banking methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile wallet.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank's mobile payment service.

2.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).

2.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, they may be delayed in some cases due to identity verification or security checks.

2.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used to make the deposit.
• To withdraw from bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• 26bd reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual activity.
• An approved withdrawal request cannot be cancelled.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

26bd offers new players a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. To get the maximum benefit, depositing ৳18,000 adds a ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus. The wagering calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not including the original deposit. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 worth of bets must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses must be used within a specified time — the bonus will be cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise in the individual terms of each.
• 26bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited in cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity.

VIP Program & Loyalty

4.1 VIP Tiers

26bd's VIP program has four tiers. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

4.2 Tier Progression

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation on the platform. The criteria for tier progression are determined at 26bd's discretion.

4.3 Cashback Process

Weekly cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. No wagering requirements apply to cashback.

Gaming Rules

5.1 Permitted Games & Bets

A variety of games are available on the 26bd platform, including slot games, live casino, fishing games, and cricket betting. Each game's own specific rules will apply.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to a technical fault or disruption, 26bd will determine the outcome based on data stored on the game provider's server. 26bd reserves the right to recover any incorrect payouts caused by technical errors.

5.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Playing games using software, bots, or automated processes.
• Placing strategic bets with the intent to exploit the bonus system.
• Colluding with other players.
• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or modification of the platform's software.

Account Suspension & Closure

6.1 26bd's Rights

26bd may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If evidence of fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity is found.
• In the event that an account was opened using false information.
• In accordance with regulatory directives.

6.2 Player Rights

Any player may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the request is processed.

6.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, 26bd may apply a maintenance fee or close the account in accordance with the applicable policy. The player will be notified in advance by email in such cases.

Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Availability

26bd endeavours to ensure uninterrupted service as far as possible. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unavoidable technical reasons. 26bd bears no liability for compensation for such interruptions.

7.2 Third-Party Services

The games available on the platform are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, etc.). 26bd bears limited responsibility for any issues with these providers' services.

7.3 User Responsibility
